Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of 2003.
Data controller
Following consultation of the site or on registering with it, user data may be processed by Gruppo Eclat SRL – data controller – with headquarters in Case Nuove di Ceciliano 162/164 – 52100 Arezzo.
Purpose of data processing
Gruppo Eclat SRL will process all user data for registration on the website, and for the delivery and fulfilment of related services. Data may be processed in accordance with Art.58, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), for the sending of commercial proposals, its product orders and its services to the user’s e-mail address. Furthermore, in accordance with Art. 130, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Eclat SRL may send advertising material related to products similar to those offered and purchased, provided that the user does not object to such use in the ways described below.
User data will also be processed to fulfil obligations laid down by European law, regulations or standards, or, if required, will be made available to control bodies.
Parties responsible for data processing
In addition to Gruppo Eclat SRL, data may be processed for activities related to management of the website and to services available to registered users, and also for the fulfilment of any orders from third parties, who will act as independent data processors: by way of example and not exhaustive, Internet providers, marketing and sales agencies, banks issuing credit cards, and companies carrying out activities to protect credit.
Right to object to the processing of personal data
Under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, users may exercise their rights regarding the processing of personal data such as consultation, modification and deletion of data or opposition to their processing for legitimate reasons or for purpose of sending advertising and direct sale material, by contacting Gruppo Eclat SRL or by sending an e-mail to dettaglio@eclatpreziosi.it
